Muffin Tin Meal

The theme for this MTM is - what else - Valentine's Day!
James said, "Wow! This is dewishish" (delicious) when I set the tin in front of him. :) Here's what's in it:

Chocolate milk
Strawberries
Heart shaped crackers (Annie's Organic Saltines - SO yummy!)
Red pepper
Ham and swiss cheese
Whole wheat bread made into a heart shape (I used a cookie cutter)
Mixed berry applesauce

Carine, yes he did eat the pepper! James LOVES vegetables. Seriously, this kid will NOT eat mac and cheese, but will gobble up things broccoli, peppers, avocado and carrots! :)

You are truly blessed to have no troubles getting him to eat veggies. We are on a corn free diet and I am having atime getting Christopher to eat veggies. You did a great job with the muffin tin.
